A handy driveway greets you upon arrival at the property, leading you up a set of stone steps and over the threshold into a cosy hallway, aptly featuring colourful artwork of a dabbling duck, where you can kick off your boots before continuing through to the contemporary open-plan living and dining area. The sociable space is thoughtfully laid out with a grey interior and boasts a wooden dining table with seating for all six guests as well as a plush armchair and a number of sofas gathered around the coffee table, inviting you to put your feet up and enjoy a spot of television. Follow the room through to the amply-equipped kitchen, where the modern grey colouring continues to decorate the interior, featuring all of the necessities required to prepare your meals, with the added bonus of a handy dishwasher, so there's no arguing over who's doing the dishes afterwards!
