Single storey. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with TV, 1 x bunk room bunk beds consist of a full size set. Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with electric fire

Electric fan heaters with electric fire. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and TV with Freeview. The kitchen has recently been refurbished, images to come soon. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio with seating and communal lawn. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1 miles, beach 0.2 miles. Note: There is no WiFi at this property, however there is 4G signal. Please note: smoke detectors are audible and visual (LED lights flash) they wouldn't wake a hearing impaired person. Please Note - From 1st April 2023, there will a newly refurbished bathroom (images due to follow)
Location Details
Winterton-on-Sea is a small village situated on Norfolk's coast, on the same sandy stretch as the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth lying around eight miles away. Winterton-on-Sea is a quieter spot to enjoy the coastal delight, with the village home to a shop and a pub, and resting just south of the Martham Broad National Nature Reserve. The delightful, unspoilt beaches boasts fine golden sands and is backed by some of the best sand dunes in Norfolk earning a Site of Special Scientific Interest, National Nature Reserve and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty status.
