Communal lawned grounds with picnic areas, lakes and barbeques. Beauty treatments, tennis, putting green, bike hire etc are available at an additional charge. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 mile, beach 0.6 miles. Note: Use of the communal gym, indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. Note: Lakes on-site, please ensure that children are supervised at all times. Note: sleeping arrangements for the third guest is on a sofa bed.

Serviced by a railway station, the popular tourist destinations of Scarborough and Bridlington are within easy reach, both well worth a visit.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
