Located in the heart of Shenington, just beyond the charming village green, rests this delightful Grade II listed thatched cottage, April Cottage, positioned just outside the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Offering one or two couples a peaceful scenic base from which to explore one of England's most beautiful areas, not far from the town of Banbury. Enjoy coming together with your group in the homely sitting room, where a large inglenook fireplace holds a woodburning stove for you to light on a winter's eve, with plush sofas and armchairs to relax on as you play a favourite film on the Smart TV, where you can log into all your online accounts, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now TV and Sky Sports. Continue through the property and into the large kitchen to cook up a storm using the electric Aga and several other quality appliances, with a dining room leading off from here to gather around for delicious feasts. Go outside and into the pretty lawned garden to relax in the evening sun following a busy day of exploring with a refreshing drink in hand. Light the gas barbecue and gather around the warming firepit, with outdoor seating for eight, alongside two relaxing loungers and a snug swing seat, or escape the excitement with a moment of peace in the summerhouse, fit with electricity.
