You are welcomed to the property by your private driveway, before stepping into the homely setting where you will find a cloakroom with WC, and a well-equipped kitchen so the dedicated chef can rustle up an evening meal or prepare a beachfront picnic. Moving through the property, there is also a living/dining room where guests can cuddle up in front of the electric fire as they enjoy their favourite shows or gather round the dining table to toast to a wonderful holiday. Climbing upstairs there is a spacious bathroom where guests can take a long soak in the bath or wash their sandy feet in the shower, before heading into the bedrooms; a double with a television for when the evening draws to a close, and a twin. 2 Perran Court is just a short walk away from a pub which serves food for when you fancy an evening out, a shop for any essentials and a footpath leading the sandy beach which stretches perfectly along the coast from Filey to Reighton Gap.
