Located at the end of a private road, Shilling Stones is a pretty cottage set in the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac. A reverse-level property, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, with plush sofas and modern kitchen design, is set on the first floor to make the most of the spectacular views of the Cornish coastline and sea. Off the living space is a master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and incredible views of Cornwall. On the ground-floor you will find two further bedrooms, one twin, and one with bunk beds, a family bathroom, and access to the external utility room from the rear patio. There is plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the views as well; the cottage has a small patio area at the front of the house as well as an enclosed garden at the rear with a lawned area and a raised stone patio area with garden furniture – a perfect spot for al-fresco dining. A short walk will take you down to the harbour and village of Port Isaac, a place made famous by the TV series Doc Martin and singing group, Fisherman's friends. Discover a plethora of fantastic amenities including shops and supermarkets to keep your cupboards full, and a lovely selection of pubs and restaurants when you fancy a night away from the kitchen. Spend a day at the glorious sandy beach with a traditional batch of fish and chips, or try your luck at thrilling watersports at Rock Beach. There are plenty of nearby attractions to keep all the family entertained including Newquay Zoo, Padstow Sealife Safaris, and Camel Creek Adventure Park. Location Details

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
