Pendaveli is a spacious, well-furnished holiday house in an ideal location within meters of Polzeath beach, shops and cafes. It has an elevated position which provides amazing views of Polzeath bay, the best view coming from the large raised decking area at the front of the property. The well designed, light interior provides this self-catering property to accommodate seven people in three stylish en-suite bedrooms. Parking is available for three cars. Pendaveli is accessible via steps up through the garden. The open plan living area is a gorgeous space with natural light pouring through the wall of windows and with tasteful furniture arranged around a contemporary wood burner. A beautifully designed curvaceous kitchen area is an inspiring place to prep, cook or bake your family meals the nearby dining table takes advantage of the sea views our outside on the large deck on a sunny day. Enjoy the sleekness of three en-suite bedrooms; the ground floor twin room, the double and family room on the first floor. The master bedroom upstairs offers a fantastic bath to soak away your cares and worries. A classic holiday bas for a Cornish seaside holiday, you will love Polzeath for its vast expanse of sand and cool surfing vibe. Kit yourself out in the latest surf fashions from the beach shops where you can also hire wetsuits and boards. Excellent surf schools will book you in for lessons to improve your pop up and balance. At the end of your busy, fun filled day Pendaveli is the perfect place to retreat back to.

The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
