Be welcomed by a designated parking area, offering spaces for four vehicles, step outside the car and relish the refreshing sea breeze as you soak in the wonderful surroundings. You will enter the property onto the lower-ground-floor, which hosts a wet room to hang your surfing attire and walk-in showers to rinse off after splashing in the sea. Climb the wooden stairs to reach the ground-floor, flooded in natural light from the large windows and showcasing exquisite décor. Discover the open-plan living space, here you can unwind on the plush sofas, with a woodburner to gently heat the room as you feast your eyes on the Smart TV for a movie marathon.
