Stayed over Christmas and the cottage is beautiful, the owners had decorated with a tree etc. Bigger rooms than we had expected (apart from the kitchen which is tiny). All very comfortable. They however had a problem with the heating - sometimes it would be on, but too often it was freezing - seemingly the timer wasn't working properly (and there is no control from the house itself). I felt bad texting the owner regularly but they seemed to be able to sort from their side (genuinely think it was a problem as who wants to be bothered over Christmas). If the heating was sorted would happily go back. Beautiful village.
