This well-presented, ground-floor apartment enjoys a central location within the coastal town of Great Yarmouth, along the wonderful Norfolk coastline. Resting along a sideroad that sits parallel to the sea front, Sandpiper Court is a delightful place to call home while exploring this seaside location, with easy access to the picturesque Norfolk Broads as well. Directly outside the building rests an off-road parking space where you can leave your car and explore this coastal town on foot. After a day on the beach, rinse off the sand with a quick shower before moving into the kitchen, amply-equipped with all the essentials for a short break, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and even a washing machine, so you can pop your muddy clothes on a spin. The lounge boasts high ceilings which are testament to the age of the property, along with plush seating and a freeview TV for catching up on your favourite shows, or on a warm day, open the patio doors to access the rear patio, where you can sit at the bistro table and chairs whilst your pooch roams the large lawn. · Perfect location for the beach with children and dogs (I wasn't a solo traveller as this site says). The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, plus a few little extras provided by the owner (biscuits and milk on arrival, beach chairs and windbreak, etc). We loved how the communal garden area was enclosed so we felt comfortable letting our dogs explore while we sat on the patio area. The second double bed is narrow and thankfully one of the lounge sofas is a sofa bed, so my older child slept there (my younger child is a bed hogger!). There was helpful information provided by the owner, and so many of the cafes and restaurants are dog friendly. We enjoyed going to Happy Days American diner and Terrys Fish and Chips. Parking on the drive is ideal and on the day of checkout, we just moved the car to a car park and stayed at the beach for the day.
