Upon your arrival, park up in the off-road parking space and enter the property via the rear patio doors. Rustle up something tasty in the kitchen, equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher to assist with the washing up. Serve supper at the dining table, before unwinding in the lounge, home to a large 48” Smart TV so you can catch up on your favourite shows, plus a gas woodburner for when the nights get chilly. The bedrooms are positioned upstairs, offering a king-size and double setup, while there is a gleaming shower room with double walk-in shower enclosure, offering a lovely place to prepare for the day. Outside this Lancashire cottage is a pleasant, shared garden, where you may wish to enjoy a morning coffee or pre-dinner drink. Enjoy a stroll along the charming Scarisbrick Marina, which is just a short drive or long peaceful walk away from the doorstep; make the journey while savouring the countryside air before stopping for a cup of tea and light lunch or slice of cake at the nearby quaint café. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to discover Hurlston Hall within walking distance and offering an 18-hole course, a spa for those extra lavish days on holiday, and a restaurant serving a tasty menu to re-energise you after a wonderful day.
