Here you will find a plethora of activities, including a zoo, sea life centre, excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, independent shops and glorious beaches where you can spend the day soaking up the sun or paddling the clear waters, a true beachside treat!
Comfortable, clean, well maintained and fantastic location for exploring Newquay and surrounding areas, fabulous views and great for walking along the beach and coastal trails.
This apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was a really fantastic place to stay, everywhere was within easy reach. The apartment itself was in a quite building, very well maintained with everything one could want, the amount of kitchenware was surprising for a rental. The welcome tray was a great idea and beautiful thoughtful touch. The owners left a handbook of equipment manuals, map and brochures of places of interest. They also left contact details and have replied to every email I had sent both before and after our stay there. If you get the chance pick here to stay i know I will and have recommended it to family and friends.
We have just spent a great week at 1 Spinnakers - it is a really lovely and spacious apartment. Having stayed in many places around Pentire & Fistral over the years, this was a delightfully peaceful place to be - no road or tourist noise and sheltered from the coastal weather winds. It's a great location for Fistral beach and an easy walk into Newquay. What a fab spot :-)
The apartment is situated in a good location, approximate 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach. Apartment is clean, tidy and well furnished, had everything we needed, would definitely return, had a great vacation. John, the owner was very helpful with directions and information, which we appreciated very much. Would recommend the Fern Pit Cafe, just a short walk away, they serve great food especially crab sandwiches which were very good.
We had a fantastic week’s holiday at this apartment. It was perfectly set up for a family, immaculately clean with comfortable beds and lots of space for the children to enjoy themselves. Being on the ground floor made life easy for us as a family after a long day at the beach. This also makes it perfect for older guests. The location on the Pentire Headland couldn’t be better. Fistral beach and Crantock beach, the Pentire Headland are just a short walk away, and even though Newquay town is just a mile or so away you’re away from the hustle and noise. With the hotel swimming pool & restaurant next door, the Lewinnick Lodge Restaurant & Bar overlooking Fistral beach, and the Fern Pit Café overlooking Crantrock beach, what else could you ask for? Excellent value for money and we’re looking forward to coming back next year and making it our regular holiday destination.
Stayed here in May 2022. Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very spacious and extremely clean. Well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable holiday. Surrounded by 2 Beautiful beaches and we even had a sea view. The apartment is very quiet and is on the ground floor so has doors opening onto the back grass area and direct access to a nice walking route to the beach. Very good value for money and will definitely be booking again.
My family recently enjoyed a weeks stay in Newquay and found this lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean and really spacious, it suited us perfectly for its location. A highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
Fantastic location on the Pentire Headland - Fistral & Crantock beach close by (walking distance); Hotel swimming pool & restaurant next door open to the public; lovely little cafe with good food overlooking Crantock beach & estuary, with a footpath to their ferry service across the estuary to Crantock when the tide is high; good Pub/Restaurant at the end of the headland; stunning views from beautiful costal walks. The apartment is very spacious & very thoughtfully furnished. Well equiped kitchen if families prefer eating at 'home'.
The location was wonderful with views that are stunning. The apartment was kept to a high standard and extremely welcoming with more than enough space for ourselves and 2 older teen aged children. The open plan feel of the apartment meant that we did not compromise on space and also the price for the week was extremely reasonable compared to other more expensive alternatives. We felt relaxed both in the apartment and outside, as we enjoyed the activities - walking, surfing and eating at some wonderful restaurants. This is a hidden gem and we will be going back again when we can. We highly recommend the apartment to all who look for amazing views and a high standard of accomodation.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods.
