What an amazing long weekend away. Me and my partner have just arrived home and couldn’t be more great full for not only the amazing weather but the great accommodation. 2 minute walk to the beach and some amazing things to do whilst staying there! Would definitely recommend! We will be returning.

Took my Mum and Nana here for a long weekend in summer and we loved it! Literally 1 minute walk from the beach but also slightly hidden away on the park so feels really private. We were lucky with the weather and the terrace is great especially as it isn’t overlooked and is furnished with loungers, a large dining table and chairs and a sofa with a fire pit table which was a treat at night. The chalet itself has everything you need. The decor is modern and beachy and much bigger inside than it looks. Not sure about other reviews regarding maintenance as we found everything was working fine and was really clean and high quality. We’ve stayed at a couple of other parks and this was definitely the best in terms of location and facilities. We used the spa onsite while we were there which is was perfect. We’d definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews on here but the chalet was excellent. We were told the owner has completely refurbished the property – newly tiled en suite, freshly decorated throughout, new furnishings. Didn’t encounter any of the maintenance problems mentioned here and the outside area was clean and tidy. Well equipped and the new facilities at The Warren are fantastic – huge gym, loads of restaurant options, great pools (bit too cold for the outside pool!) and lovely spa. It’s proximity to the Warren beach – literally a two minute walk – is a massive bonus too. Highly recommend.

This chalet should not be available for booking. It is badly maintained with difficult front door lock, lights not working, freezer almost solid with ice, lounge heater not working, loose taps, stained cushions, uncomfortable sofa. Outside is scruffy.

The Warren is a beautiful resort, and we enjoyed Abersoch, we unfortunately cannot say the same about U5. We stayed in U5 for 7 days, in July 2022. The positives are that the chalet is close to the beach, 1 minute walk, and is also secluded. The negatives unfortunately far outweigh the positives, and whilst U5 would of made a great family holiday home previously it is currently in a state of disrepair and is in need of maintenance. - tile flooring in the ensuite bathroom has very loose and cracked tiles, and is unsafe to walk on. We feared we would cut our feet, or loose our balance and fall. This was a serious concern, and if we had children with us we would of refused to stay due to safety concerns. - carpets are stained - walls are scuffed - tap in the bathroom is loose - cling film used to repair the shower head holder - tin foil used for the shower tidy - black mold in the shower - kitchen tap is loose - hinges are broken on at least two windows - lights are broken/bulbs are missing - the lights that do work are dim, especially in the ensuite with the loose flooring - wardrobe door has come off it's hinge - weeds prevalent outside - dog poo left in the garden - litter left in the garden - initials jetwashed into the patio - damaged panels on the outside of the chalet - patio is generally dirty It's unfortunate that the chalet has been left in this way, and we wouldn't stay here again unless maintenance work had been completed. However, if the chalet was maintained the stay would of been great. We didn't have any children with us, but if we had, we would of not tolerated the poor conditions and we would have refused to stay here.

We booked this property based on the images and description on the website whereby the property was presented in a very clean and welcoming state, however on arrival we found a neglected chalet in need of a good clean up and TLC. Whilst we acknowledge comfort and cleanliness are very subjective this is only our personal view of the chalet. The areas around the chalet were strewn with weeds and the patio was dirty with a persons initials cleaned in the dirt and also strewn with well established weeds The furniture and soft furnishings inside were stained ( particularly ) the rug ( heavily ) and the settee very uncomfortable Led lightbulbs were not working in bedroom areas and clingfilm was used to hold up the shower head in the bathroom along with cracked and wobbly floor tiles in the ensuite and no mattress and pillow protectors on the master and 2nd bedrooms To summarise we enjoyed a low level of comfort during our stay and we personally would not stay here again. Although we had a great week in Abersoch we booked a chalet on the Warren expecting at least 4 star standards and feel very let down. On the plus side the property has a tv in each room and and a Bose speaker in the lounge and lots of patio furniture should you feel comfortable enough to use it. I am sure that it has been a very desirable property in the past and could be again with the right improvements by the owner
