Afonwen is a lively village nestled between the northern edge of the Clwydian Hill Range and the sandy beaches along the North Wales Coast. There are fantastic amenities available, such as two pubs, an award-winning butcher/delicatessen and a general shop. Guests can enjoy the village bowling green and tennis court, or enjoy fantastic walking and cycling trails. Afonwen is a peaceful base to explore the likes of Mold, Denbigh, Ruthin and Prestatyn.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Reviews
A very disappointing cottage, not very clean or well kept. In addition to this the windows upstairs had broken window restrictors making them very unsafe especially for children.
