There is a sitting room with TV and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and three doubles, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a large, enclosed garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for 5 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at the property. Within 2.1 miles there is a shop and within 6.4 miles, a pub. Troya is a fabulous dwelling for a rural escape to the Scottish Highlands.

We booked this house for a weekend with friends, and it turned out to be the best weekend ever, obviously the company was good but the house and the surroundings made it spectacular, plenty room, beds comfy, modern, clean, everything you needed was in the house, beautiful house, the weather was fantastic so we sat outside all the time, the bi-folding doors and patio doors were open all the time allowing us all to come and go into the house i cant recommend this house enough, the owner was super helpful, would defo book again.
