The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double and an additional double on the second floor, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawned area, decking and furniture, as well as private parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and starter pack for woodburning stove are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Tile Cottage makes a wonderful retreat for family and friend seeking a getaway.

Lymington is a picturesque market town on the west bank of the Lymington River, at the western end of The Solent and on the southern boundary of the New Forest National Park. There are regular ferry connections to the Isle of Wight, in addition to being a popular sailing destination. You can visit one of the town's many intriguing boutiques and craft shops, or treat yourself to a dinner at one of the many local eateries.
