Location Details
The town of Burnham-on-Sea is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Somerset countryside and its well-known attractions because of its proximity to the M5. A 36-hole championship golf course and seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches are just a few of the activities available to visitors in this quaint town. In the immediate vicinity are the Cheddar Caves and Gorge as well as the historic city of Wells, England's smallest, and Glastonbury, where King Arthur is said to have been born. The Avalon Marshes, one of the largest lowland wetlands in the UK, are also nearby. Massive starling murmurations and enormous wildfowl flocks are the main winter attractions. This is a must-see destination because of the stunning scenery and fascinating human history. The Steart Marshes, managed by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, are also nearby and appealing to nature lovers (WWT). As well as its sandy beaches and donkey rides and water sports, Weston-super-Mare is home to the Playhouse Theatre as well the Winter Gardens and numerous restaurants and shops. You can also visit Exmoor National Park, which is known for its wild ponies and stunning coastal scenery with cliffs, coves, and bays.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

We stayed at Xmas with our daughter and son in law and 2 grandsons 7 & 9. What a property it was perfect and the hosts decorated it for Xmas they thought of everything .Parking easy for 2 cars .The property was fantastic comfy beds beautiful kitchen with everything we needed.The Grandsons loved the Hot Tub and it was easy to walk into town we didnt use the cars at all .Would 100% recommend this property and we will be back.Well done to the owners for making our Xmas perfect.Love Avril,Malc and family xxx
