Offering a unique opportunity, Beachside is situated right next to the golden sands of Ffrith Beach (less than a 2 minute walk finds you on the beach) and yet is within easy walking distance of the bustling town of Prestatyn, Denbighshire. Beachside is a well-presented detached property hosting five bedrooms for ten guests, ideal for families or groups of friends, this attractive abode is a great base for exploring the North Wales coast, offering an ideal location close to local amenities as well as a charming off-road track leading from the property to the beach. Stepping into the property, the living and dining space welcomes you with three plush sofas and a dining table providing the group with a social hub throughout your stay. Kick off your shoes and relax in front of the Smart TV with your loved ones as you sink into the sofas after a busy day of discovering your surroundings. From here, gather as a group and enjoy a tasty homecooked meal while you plan your next day of adventures, before escaping to the conservatory to battle it out on the Xbox with the younger members of your group. Making your way through the property, happen upon the utility room home to a washing machine and tumble dryer before moving into the amply-equipped kitchen, where you will find an electric oven and hob and a handy dishwasher to assist you with the cleaning up, ideal for hosting large groups. There are plenty of attractions within easy reach of the property such as The Roman Bath House, well-preserved ancient ruins, and Gwrych Castle, a magnificent Grade I listed castle and grounds boasting glorious views of the encompassing landscapes. Spend an afternoon wandering the Rhuddian Local Nature Reserve and taking in the pretty scenery; the nature reserve focusses on creating the perfect climate for wildlife to thrive, making it a lovely day out for walkers, animal lovers and explorers alike.
