5 stars This place is amazing. Beautiful views . Peaceful. Comfortable & clean just what we needed after a family bereavement. We wanted to relax & switch off , the Annex enabled us to do just that . The Annex. As seen in the pictures. Modern. Comfortable. Decor to a very high standard . Queen size bed extremely comfortable with in built TV. Velux windows (with blinds) & amazing views with double doors that open out onto a small balcony where our westie pup enjoyed sitting listening to the cows and sheep whilst spying on next door awaiting for his next fuss :) Views are amazing with sun set & rise if weather good. Large garden with a seating area. BBQ easy to use. Doggy proof garden. Very good shower. Bath robes provided and a welcome pack . Location . Situated off a quite country lane with own parking space. Co-op 5 min walk with pub next door. Food lovely. Ulveston 15 min walk Recommend The Farmers Pub. Nice food and drinks. Close to the beach with plenty of coastal walks and attractions. Lake Windermere 45 min drive Cartmel 40 min drive Hosts . We would like to thank the owners Derek and Sue for a lovely stay. You really do have a gem of a place. Such genuine people who want you to enjoy your stay. Nothing is to much trouble and always on hand. Obie says hello and is missing you already !!!
