Boyle is a small and bustling town on the border of County Roscommon and County Sligo. Boyle, a town steeped in history, boasts a wonderfully maintained 12th century monastery as well as the majestic King House, a restored Georgian palace in the town's heart. Lough Key, just outside Boyle, has a fantastic forest adventure centre as well as lovely lakeside walks that take in the ruins of Rockingham House.
