The picturesque Pendle Hill and the Forest of Bowland AONB separate this huge, picturesque community in the Ribble Valley of Lancashire. The Whalley Viaduct and the magnificent gatehouse of the abbey remains from the 14th century are only two of the many works of exceptional architecture on exhibit at Whalley.
