Location Details
Rachub is a little community nestled at the foot of the spectacular Carneddau Mountains, only 9 miles from Llanberis and 10 miles from Caernarfon, in the magnificent Snowdonian Mountain Range. The area abounds with beautiful hikes and cycle trails in the nearby hills and mountains, and it houses a quaint shop, welcoming bar, bakery, and modest Post Office. The beautiful North Wales Heritage Coastline is only 7 miles away, and adrenaline junkies will enjoy the Zip World zip wire ride in Bethesda. Caernarfon, a bustling market town with a magnificent 13th century castle, pretty art shops, a great golf course, and many fine restaurants, is only 10 miles away. Llanberis, a prominent tourist destination known as a Mecca for climbers and walkers, is only 9 miles away and offers a variety of outdoor activities, as well as some great places to dine and drink, as well as some stores. A fantastic location all year, ideal for experiencing everything North Wales has to offer.
