The living areas in the reverse-level lodge consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six, and a sitting area offering a TV with FreeSat, DVD, as well as access to a furnished balcony. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and consist of a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin, and two zip/linked twins, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and shared use of the estate grounds. A shop and pub can also be found on site. Please note that this property does allow one well-behaved pet, but will not tolerate smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair, travel cot and a stairgate are also provided on request. Choose Hillside for a relaxing stay in the Tamar Valley. Note: This property has shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park, including: indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May - Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts.

On arrival everything looked good, owners had put a tree up which was a nice touch, we found that one of the two showers was broken so 8 people had to use one shower, as it was xmas it didnt get fixed until a week later, we got one towel each and had to ask for more, more was brought but they smelled really awful, one towel for 14 days is unacceptable, we didn't bother changing the bedding as that smelled really bad too. There was mould all on the wall behind the sofa and the bedroom I stayed in smelled of damp really bad and the bed felt wet when I got in it I was not impressed, all the paintwork had just been touched up here and there to hide things. the cooker hood was not working which was already known but we weren't told and we lost Internet signal for 2 days. It would benefit a washing machine also but that wasn't an issue that much.
