The flat was ok but as we booked fir three people we would have expected a three seater sofa We contacted Sykes as soon as we got there and their customer service was appalling They contacted the owner eventually who said the flat was not big enough for a larger settee but by removing the unnecessary nest of tables, it would have fit We were also told the settee would seat 3 ! Sykes have advised me that they cannot help as they are the booking agent so beware if there are three if you , you can sit on a flimsy dining chair ti watch tv or one if you can sit on your bed!!
