Location Details
Wotton-under-Edge, located between Bournstream and Worley, is a picturesque market town. Wotton-under-Edge has a number of interesting places to visit, such as the Wotton-under-Edge Museum & Heritage Centre, The Ancient Ram Inn, Wotton Hill, and the Wotton-under-Edge Swimming Pool, and is perhaps most famous for the trees that were planted on Wotton Hill to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo and overlook the town. The Falcon Steakhouse, the Star Inn, the Royal Oak Inn, and the supermarkets and convenience stores are all within walking distance of the 17th-century Swan Hotel. Stroud, with its Museum in the Park, Stratford Park, and Stroud Shambles Market, is conveniently located not far from the town.
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Booked this amazing cottage as a base for Badminton Horse Trials Weekend and were lucky enough to enjoy the coronation celebrations there too. When we arrived we felt we were walking into a brand new home, it was absolutely spotless. The hosts have thought of everything and we loved the little touches such as milk in the fridge and even a biscuit for our dog! It’s a great location with lots of local amenities, fantastic chippy and a 15min straight shot to badminton with no traffic. We can’t wait to come again!
