Off-road parking for 1 car allocated in the main car park on site. Enclosed decking with furniture, 1 x communal outdoor swimming pool, 1 x communal indoor swimming pool, communal lawn and play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: Swimming pool needs children to be supervised at all times. Note: Outdoor swimming pool has seasonal opening times, indoor swimming pool open all year. Note: Welcome pack on arrival. Note: The electricity supply for the property is not capable for charging electric vehicle, so for safety reasons we ask that you do not charge electric vehicles from the property, Alternatively, there are E.V charging points available in the Tesco and Aldi car parks in nearby Seaton.
Location Details
The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
