Location Details
East Sussex's Rother district is home to Broad Oak, a small village situated between Hastings and Ashford. For ramblers seeking leisurely strolls through wildflowers, long grasses, and lush greenery, Broad Oak Park in the rural village is a popular destination. The Three Legs Brewing Company, which brews beers, explains the process, and offers tastings and cheese platters, is also located in the area. Convenience stores and a dog-friendly village pub are also located in the village, making it an ideal location for a night out with your pet. In the nearby seaside town of Hastings, which is famous for the 1066 battle and the Norman ruins of Hastings Castle, you can take in the English Channel views from the ruins of Hastings Castle, just a short drive from Broad Oak. On the seafront is the True CRIME museum, minigolf, Blue Reef Aquarium, and Hastings Contemporary, an art museum. The beach is also a wonderful place to spend the day.
