WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 2 miles there is a shop and pub. 1 Woodlands is a wonderful base for exploring Cornwall.

Reviews
The cottage was difficult to find, off a dirt track and not clearly signposted. The area surrounding the property is very run down and scruffy. The property itself is lovely, however was not at all clean on arrival. Carpets are dirty. Oven had dried on food inside. Bin had food stuck around the rim. Mats on the dining room table had dried on food stuck to them. Skirting boards, sides of bed very dusty. Drink stain down the wall where it had spilled from a small table. Outside lots of weeds and unswept from previous guests. Good points, bed linen and towels were clean and the hot tub is great. Over time if this property is not thoroughly cleaned between guests it could quickly become unpleasant.
