The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, gravelled area and a picnic bench, a communal lawn and ample off-road parking is available. Within 0.7 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Avalon is a charming base, ideal for a family retreat to Cornwall. Note: Up to 2 parking spaces available on request. Note: 1 dog is welcome during April to August. The charming port of Penryn, one of the oldest market towns in Cornwall, has a rich history of harbour architecture and magnificent granite houses that sharply slope along the cobbled lanes down to the sea. The town offers a good selection of eateries, cafes, and bars, as well as a museum with free admission and the serene Enys Gardens on the town's outskirts, which offer a variety of grounds and a pleasant retreat. The renowned seaport of Falmouth is located just one mile from the Penryn River further downstream. It offers a variety of entertainment options, including harbour-side bars and restaurants with breathtaking views, gorgeous Blue Flag beaches, and a bustling town centre. For a sense of Cornwall's seafaring past, check out the National Maritime Museum or the magnificent Tudor castle Pendennis Castle, which is beautifully situated with a view of the ocean.
