This property is pet-friendly however smoking is not allowed. Within 3 miles there is a shop and within 2.1 miles there is a pub. The Hut is a lovely bolthole, whatever time of year. The Town Crier in Nailsworth, a former mill town, announces events and festivals in the lovely, forested Stroud Valley. It features many top-notch stores, two butchers, a farmers market, an award-winning organic cafe, restaurants, and art and antique galleries. The mediaeval wool village of Painswick, Gatcombe Park, known for its horse trials, and High Grove in royal Tetbury are also nearby. The region provides a variety of magnificent walks, including the 105-mile Cotswold Way, which features some of the nation's most breathtaking scenery, and the several trails around Westonbirt Arboretum, which also often organises plays, concerts, and festivals. The historic market town of Minchinhampton, which has a weekly market in the Market House from the 17th century and is home to a number of unique shops, antique stores, traditional pubs, and cafes, is also well worth a visit.
