You'll find a shop in 3.4 miles and a pub in 3.5 miles. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Take to Devon with Rowan Park Annexe as your base. Note: The property is attached to the owner's property, with access to their private grounds. Note: The owner has a dog. Note: Dogs must be on lead whilst accessing the shared garden. Note: There is an additional twenty-five-pound charge for each dogs.

Ashwater is a charming rural community located in the rolling, verdant countryside of West Devon. The village and surrounding area are well-liked by tourists looking for a genuine flavour of rural living since they are surrounded by beautiful meadows, high hedgerows, wooded valleys, and plentiful wildlife. Only 4 miles separate the rolling surf, nightlife, and sandy beaches of the nearby resort of Bude from Roadford Lake's sailing, fishing, and visitor centre. The Dartmoor tors and open spaces, the RHS Garden at Rosemoor, the Dartington Glass Factory, and all of these attractions can be reached in under 40 minutes and all make excellent days out.
