The living areas in this holiday home consist of a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and table for four, a ground-floor sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles serviced by a bathroom. There is a space for a fold-up cot in the second bedroom, if required.Small Children must be supervised on a balcony at all times. Outside there is a lower-ground-floor, raised terrace with furniture and an off-road parking space for one with further roadside parking available. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and 0.8 miles a beach. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Location Details
Falmouth has a beautiful natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets, and beaches that will keep you entertained for hours. The town's National Maritime Museum, old pubs along the harbour, great shopping, art gallery, and stunning architecture round out the picture. Henry VIII's Pendennis Castle, located on its own peninsula with breath-taking sea views, is one of the town's top tourist draws. St. Mawes, a picturesque town across Falmouth harbour, is located on the Roseland Peninsula, which is known for its rocky coves, sandy beaches, and verdant countryside. The Swanpool Nature Reserve is a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with various wildlife that is sure to please any nature lover. A golf course is also available. You'll be tempted to return to Falmouth again and again thanks to the town's abundance of landscape and attraction options, which appeal to visitors of all ages.

We had booked our first trip away with our dog and liked the look of Seagulls Retreat. My brother came with us and we had a lovely stay until we arrived home. And we were charged for missing items from a plastic picnic set and excess damage to the toilet bin. We were charged £46.95 for this. I can confirm that the picnic set only had two bowls present, we did not look at the rest of the set. If we had knowingly damaged the bin we would have replaced it. NOTE TO SELF AND LESSON LEARNT... take photos when you first arrive of everything and everywhere!!! Going forward we will be sure to take photos wherever we stay.
