This lovely, terrace cottage has two bedrooms including a four-poster double and a double, which is suitable for one adult due it being pushed up against the wall, along with a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove (wood and coal can be purchased locally). Outside, there is a rear courtyard with a patio, but please take care as there are steps down to the patio. You can also find permit parking (permit provided) for one car and a public car park nearby. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and one well-behaved pet is welcome, however this is a non-smoking property. Stock up on the essentials with the nearest shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Lunesdale is a charming retreat for a break to Cumbria.

Location Details
Kirkby Lonsdale is a charming market town in the Lune Valley, between the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District. The town was recorded in 1086's Domesday Book and has a 13th-century Market Charter. Thursday is market day, giving visitors a chance to explore the town's independent businesses and 17th and 18th-century buildings. There are three golf courses nearby, as well as tennis, horseback, fishing, and riverfront and country walks.
