Location Details
Brundall, in the middle of the Norfolk Broads, is a sizable village on the banks of the River Yare. The community has become well-known for its boat manufacturing and boat rental services. The village has a train station that connects it to the cities of Norwich, Great Yarmouth, and Lowestoft. It also offers a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The beautiful city of Norwich is about 12 kilometres (7 miles) away from Brundall. With two magnificent cathedrals, a Norman castle, and several grand mansions, Norwich is home to some of Britain's most impressive architecture. In addition to being one of Norwich's oldest streets, Elm Hill is also one of its most picturesque, with its charming cobblestones and Tudor-style buildings, many of which today contain unique boutiques. Beautiful parks and gardens are just the beginning of what Norwich has to offer. The city is also home to a number of museums, theatres, and cinemas. Check out the trendy bars, cafes, and restaurants, and do some serious retail therapy. Incredibly wonderful for a vacation at any time of year.

Just halfway through our week's stay at Brundall House in Brundall near Norwich and wanted to say what a lovely place this is. It has far exceeded our expectations. Lovely furnishings and decor plus very well equipped for a comfortable stay,with everything you need.Nice, welcoming owner, lives next door and is on hand if you need anything. If you are like us and don't want to use your car all the time, there's a bus stop close by with a frequent service into Norwich. From there you can connect to so many towns, resorts, broadland villages etc. Also nearby is a Co Op supermarket for topping up essentials, a couple of pubs, Italian restaurant and the train station with frequent trains to Norwich and Gt Yarmouth. We would highly recommend this holiday home and would definitely come back.
