Location Details
Surrounding the picturesque village of Uplyme in Devon and Dorset is a vast network of footpaths and bridleways, including the East Devon Way, perfect for a stroll through the countryside and taking in the breathtaking scenery. T.V. chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall chose the area for his River Cottage HQ at Park Farm, where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Lyme Regis, on the beautiful Jurassic Coast, is only a short drive away. This charming old seaside town has winding streets lined with shops and cafes, a sandy beach perfect for swimming and water sports, and a busy little harbour where you can go on fishing trips or even go fossil hunting. The picturesque town of Axminster is just a short drive away, and the Seaton Tramway is a fun way to see the area. A perfect paradise for a holiday full of experiences.
