Location Details

Only six miles from the coast, in the middle of East Yorkshire's Holderness peninsula, is the small agricultural village of Burton Pidsea. Along with a typical village store and church, the village boasts a few local inns. Flat country lanes all around it make for great riding and easy strolling. With all amenities, charming architecture, and tea rooms, nearby old Hedon is a great choice. The City of Hull, the 2017 City of Culture, is located seven miles from Burton Pidsea and features the amazing aquatic centre The Deep in addition to the well-known Truck Theatre. The ancient inner centre makes for an intriguing tour and sheds light on Hull's previous trading relationships. Wide, open sandy beaches stretch from Spurn Point to Bridlington, and birdwatchers will enjoy the Flamborough Cliffs, Bempton, and Spurn Point RSPB Reserves. The picturesque, historic City of York is a short drive away, as are the Beverley racetrack and the Yorkshire Wolds' undulating hills.

Combining the best of country and coast, the East Riding of Yorkshire consists mostly of majestic chalk landscapes across the Yorkshire Wolds and is particularly popular for a country escape with a wealth of wildlife. Towards the coast, the area is ripe w

We have had the pleasure of staying in partridge place many times since 2022. The outlook from the large glassed entrance is beautiful. You get a perfect view of the evening sky and stars. The social area down stairs is perfect for family’s or entertaining. The bedrooms layout on two floors offer that bit of privacy if you are in a party too. We love it here and we will be back again this year for our next visit. Our favourite barn there. The host Charlie goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for you. Thanks for an amazing stay.

The perfect getaway. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, peaceful , warm, close to the pub, with easy access to the East Coast and surrounding scenic areas. Excellent communication from the owner. Will definitely be returning! Thank you

My 3rd time at lelley barns and my second time staying in partridge place and it will not be my last. It is just as immaculate now as it was then. the interior and decor is stunning, it feels expensive . everywhere is spotlessly clean and shiny. The place has everything you need for your stay throughout. The beds are more than comfortable and again it’s pure luxury. It’s somewhere i could easily live! Quiet stunning location and the pub down the road is a must visit at least once. We stayed on a couples weekend for my partners birthday ans when the rest of the party returned home, my sister brought over my son to stay the night and we had the most chilled out day and night. The living area is comfy with the tele having access to everything and a few dips in the hot tub under the stars made it special. I already cannot wait to book to return. Thank you Again Charlie.
