Recently refurbished and finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings and benefiting from an open fire makes this property ideal for a cosy get-away. Seahouses is famous for its boat trips to the nearby Farne Islands and the bird sanctuary and the village offers an excellent choice of eating places and pubs. ACCOMMODATION OVER TWO FLOORS GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall. Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dining table and chairs with two arm chairs and period fireplace, Dab radio/cd/mp3/ipod player. Lounge, spacious with ample comfy seating, 50" Smart TV and DVD, open fire. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed and wardrobes. Bedroom 2 with double bed, chest and wardrobes. Bedroom 3 with single bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Enclosed south facing front garden with seating, rear gated yard with patio set. A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
