Bedroom 3 with either two single beds or using the pull-out beds, four single beds (suitable for 2 adults, 2 children) and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 with Double size bed and en suite. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and sofa. FIRST FLOOR (ALL OPEN PLAN) Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and seating for 10 people. Living room with TV, log burning stove and ample seating. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is parking for 3 cars ( EV Charging is strictly prohibited) , enclosed gardens with a mix of astro turf, patio and gravel. There is also seating.
