Close by is the Hauxley bird reserve that is perfect for keen bird watchers and nature lovers and Coquet Island an offshore bird sanctuary. With the fishing village of Amble nestled a couple of miles north, Beachside offers a stunning, quiet location whilst having all local amenities and comforts within easy reach. ACCOMMODATION ON ONE LEVEL (Ground Floor) French doors into the openplan Lounge/Kitchenette. Comfy 3 seater sofa, wall mounted TV, electric woodburner type stove, bistro style table and 2 chairs. Microwave, Tefal Multi Cooker (great for casseroles, grilling and steam cooking), electric 2-ring Hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster - Halogen oven available on request (space and energy efficient), air fryer & slow cooker. Bedroom with zip and link super King size bed that can be set up as twin beds on request, dressing table, wardrobe, doors to private patio. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Parking for 2 cars. Private patio to the rear of the property. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included in rent. Two medium sized dog welcome.
