Patio doors to rear courtyard (3 steps down) Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. FIRST FLOOR (split landing) Steps up to both bathrooms. Bathroom 1 with walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Bathroom 2 with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Steps up to the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with 4 poster Super King bed, bay window to front of property, chair and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with zip and link super King size bed or two single beds, window towards the estuary and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with single bed and wardrobe. SECOND FLOOR (with height restriction) Bedroom 4 with zip and link king-size bed (can be twin on request) with hanging space and velux window with estuary view. Bedroom 5 with zip and link king-size bed (can be twin on request) with hanging space, chest of drawers and windows to the front of the property. OTHER FACILITIES On Street parking with 2 parking permits provided. Private courtyard garden with gate to Riverside Road. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included within rent. Two dogs welcome. £150 security deposit required.
