It is only two miles from Salcombe, the southernmost town in the South Hams and a popular sailing destination. Salcombe, which has a stunning, picturesque coastline, is a great place to go sailing, participate in water sports, go coastal hiking, or just relax and enjoy the sunshine. Explore the area's diverse fauna, go to some nearby rural estates and gardens, or go to the charming market town of Kingsbridge. Alternately, travel 15 miles to experience the broad fields and granite tors of Dartmoor, a wonderful vacation spot with lots to see and do.
