Outside there is an enclosed shared garden with lawn, patio, decking with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 2.8 miles you will find a shop and within 0.6 miles you will find a pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tillingham View is a charming abode, ideal for a couples escape to Sussex.

Location Details
Broad Oak is a quaint village in the Rother district in East Sussex, it rests between the coastal town of Hastings and Ashford in Kent. The rural village is known for the beautiful Broad Oak Park, that has an amazing countryside feel and is perfect for keen ramblers looking for leisurely strolls through wildflowers, long grasses, and luscious greenery. It is also home to the Three Legs Brewing Company, where they brew beers, talk through the process, and provide tasting opportunities as well as cheese platters. The village is also home to convenience stores where you can stock up on essentials and the dog-friendly village pub that has a welcoming atmosphere and serves tasty food, perfect for a night out! A short drive from Broad Oak is the seaside town Hastings, which is famous for the 1066 battle, it is home to the Norman ruins of Hastings Castle and provides breath-taking views across the English Channel. It also has an idyllic beach and pier, a wonderful place to spend a sunny day, the sea front is also home to The True CRIME museum, miniature golf, Blue Reef Aquarium and Hastings Contemporary, an art museum.
