The bedrooms consist of a double, twin and a bunk, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 3 miles you will find a shop and within 1.7 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcomed at an additional charge but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the price. Flushing meadow is a delightful base for your next Cornwall adventure. Note: Sorry, towels are not provided. Note: Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am.

Location Details
Helford is a charming community on the south bank of the Helford River known for its gorgeous setting, thatched cottages, and the Shipwrights Arms, a well-known local inn with a terrace right on the edge of the creek. Frenchman's Creek, immortalised by Daphne du Maurier, is just a short stroll away. An annual regatta is held at the Helford River Sailing Club in August. In the summer, a passenger ferry travels to Helford Passage, where the Ferryboat Inn is located, as well as close by to the Trebah and Glendurgan gardens. The Helford River is home to a variety of animals and is a haven for birdwatchers.
