Was sold this holiday through Sykes packed up and off I went upon arrival caravan was dirty no beds made no sheets or duvet covers…hot tub cold not ready for a guest,anyway the next day security come to say park was closed and I had to leave so off I went…upon leaving av been issued with a bill for damages ie bed sheets soiled how when there was none there? Av supposed to of urinated on every duvet cover there when in fact if my urine was that colour ad be off to see the doctor! So for been mis sold a holiday to arrive at a park that wasn’t open no beds made etc be aware do not book you will have your eyes ripped from your sockets. Ah and to add a charge for using the hot tub may I add was stone cold who gets in a cold tub beggars belief! Look at all other reviews for this property not a good one only wish I had checked before booking…
