The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite cloakroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a wraparound decking area with furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Walkers Retreat is a lovely base for a family retreat to North Yorkshire.

Location Details
Although it was traditionally a part of the East Riding of Yorkshire until 1974, Sherburn is a village and civil parish located in the county of North Yorkshire. Sherburn is located on the south side of the Pickering Vale, directly north of the Yorkshire Wolds, and conveniently close to the North York Moors National Park. Sherburn is an excellent starting point for outdoor excursions throughout the North Yorkshire countryside, and it's close to Filey and Scarborough. In addition to a few other small local businesses, the village is home to a post office, a bar, a convenience shop, and a newsagent. The Great Ryedale Maze, North Yorkshire Water Park, Wykeham Lakes Fishery, Playdale Farm Park, Go Ape Dalby, and Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park are just a few of the nearby attractions. Spend days at one of Scarborough's beaches, see the castle, indulge in the delectable fare served in the city's numerous eateries and bars, or travel to Filey and Filey Brigg.
