Single-storey. Three bedrooms: 1 x king size, 1 x twin, 1 x child bunk (suitable for children up to 12). Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Designated parking for 1 car. Enclosed decking with furniture, communal garden, and both indoor and outdoor communal swimming pools. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.1 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: Children must be supervised at all times whilst using the swimming pool. Note: The communal indoor swimming pool is open all year round (except for three days at Christmas) and the outdoor swimming pool has seasonal opening so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: This property can sleep a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children under 12. Note: There is an on-site launderette, payable on use. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am Note: The electricity supply for the property is not capable for charging electric vehicle, so for safety reasons we ask that you do not charge electric vehicles from the property. Alternatively, there are E.V. charging points available in the Tesco and Aldi car parks in nearby Seaton.
Location Details
The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods.
