Devon's Exe Estuary is home to the Devon community of Starcross, offering a small number of facilities, such as a convenience store and a couple of bars and restaurants for nights when you don't feel like cooking. Take a boat across the estuary to the charming coastal town of Exmouth, which is regarded as the entryway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and offers a family-friendly two miles of gorgeous beach. A range of watersports, including kite surfing, kayaking, and windsurfing, are also available.
