There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and a garden room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and for entertainment there is another TV, WiFi, and table football. Outside, there is private driveway parking for three cars, a garage for bike storage, and a rear garden with decking, gravelled area, hot tub, and sun loungers. One well-behaved pet is welcome and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property.
