Appliances consist of 2 x electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and hairdryer, and for entertainment, two TVs with Freeview, DVD player, and table tennis. Outside there are two enclosed rear gardens with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, access to a small lake with surrounding grounds, and off-road parking for seven cars. Three well-behaved dogs welcomed at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with two cots and two highchairs. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.4 miles. Westonbirt Arboretum 1 mile. Escape to Gloucestershire as a family at The Long Barn. Note: Please be aware that there is an open pond, outside of the enclosed garden and children must be supervised at all times outside.

Two downstairs cloakrooms with WC and hand wash basin.
