Off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with furniture, fire pit and a hot tub. Within 0.7 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Note: Owner provides a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, homemade cake and a bottle of prosecco. There is a two hundred and fifty pound good housekeeping bond for this property.

The famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. Just 7 miles away is Aberaeron, a lively Georgian harbour town with multi-coloured cottages and a good selection of restaurants and inns. This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls.
